Download Questions
How do I download materials after purchasing them?
If your order contains electronic downloads, after your payment has been processed you can download your file(s) by clicking the download link that will appear in an email you receive.

Where did my download go?
If you downloaded a file (such as an MP3 or PDF) but you don't know where it went, your browser is probably configured to save all downloaded files into a particular folder. To find out where your browser puts downloaded files see the below list:

(IE on Windows) Not Applicable, unless you are using a third-party download manager
(IE 5 on MacOS X) Preferences>Receiving Files>Download Options>Download Destination
(Firefox on Windows) Tools>Options>Downloads>Download Folder
(Firefox on MacOS X) Preferences>Downloads>Download Folder
(Safari) Preferences>General>Save downloaded files to:
(Opera 7 on Windows) Tools>Preferences>Programs and paths>Download directory
(Opera 8 on Windows) Tools>Preferences>Advanced>Downloads>Download directory
(Opera 8 on MacOS X) Preferences>Advanced>Downloads>Download directory

Lastly, your web browser might be configured to play MP3s immediately rather than download them. Using Safari on a Mac, it might automatically add the MP3s to your iTunes music library, though it will only copy them to your iTunes Music folder if you have set the iTunes option “Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library” in Preferences>Advanced>General.

How can I open Zip files?
Windows XP and MacOS X come with built-in support for opening Zip files; just double-click on a Zip file to unzip it. If you are running an older operating system, there are free programs you can download to unzip a Zip file. For Windows, a popular choice is 7-Zip; for MacOS, Stuffit Expander.

What bitrate are the mp3s encoded in?
192 kbps CBR (constant bit rate)
Order Questions
Do you provide bulk discounts?
Yes. When ordering 5 or more of most of our items a discount is given. Due to our costs and/or the requests of the publishers, this is the lowest price we’re able to offer. We have made this price available at the low interval of 5 or more to make it accessible to as many people as possible, but unfortunately we’re not able to offer greater discounts at higher intervals.

Can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number. It will also be placed in My Account. Click the Details of any order to locate the tracking number.

Do you ship to international locations?
We are pleased to serve those abroad ordering from our store, we ship to most North American, European, and Asian countries. At this time we are limited in the number of countries we ship to in South America, Africa and the Middle East. Music Questions
What kinds of sheet music are available?
The Sovereign Grace Store offers sheet music in the following formats.

1. Transparency/Lyric sheets. These have just the lyrics, formatted for projection. They can be printed onto acetate sheets for overhead projectors, or imported into programs like PowerPoint, SundayPlus, or EasyWorship for projecting with a computer.
2. Guitar charts. These have the lyrics and the chord letters for guitar.
3. Lead sheets. These have a staff showing the melody, with lyrics and guitar chord letters.
4. Piano scores. These are two or three-staff arrangements of the song for piano and vocal. These are the only form of sheet music for which we charge; the others are free.

We do not offer choral or band arrangements of our songs, or of string and horn parts from the recordings.

Sheet music for some songs is available in two keys: the key used on the recording, and a key more suited for congregational singing. Other songs were recorded in congregational keys, so there is sheet music in only one key for them.

Is your music available on iTunes?
Yes. Please continue to visit iTunes to see updates. We are always trying to make more of our music available to you through this service.

Why don't Christian bookstores carry your music?
Our materials are available to local bookstores through our distributor, Spring Arbor. Periodically stores do stock our materials, but not every store carries every product. Family Christian Stores now carries some of our music. You can order additional resources through your local Christian bookstore if you ask them to contact our distributor, Spring Arbor.
Audio Questions
What's the difference between CD, MP3 and MP3 CD?
CD: A regular CD that you can play in any CD player, or computer with a CD drive. Also called an "audio CD" to distinguish it from CDs containing other kinds of data (such as MP3 CDs, described below).

MP3: A file that you can download from our web store and then play on any computer, or any MP3 player, such as an iPod.

MP3 CD: A CD-ROM that contains MP3 files. You can play it on any computer, and on some CD and DVD players (those which are specially marked as being able to play MP3 CDs). You can also copy the MP3 files from an MP3 CD onto a computer's hard drive, and from there onto an MP3 player, such as an iPod. Some of our MP3 CDs also contain message outline files in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

If your order contains electronic downloads, after your payment has been processed you can download your file(s) by clicking the download link that will appear in an email you receive. This email will also include your download key which can then be used on our site.

If you experience trouble downloading the MP3 files you have purchased from us, see the questions above pertaining to downloads.
Publishing Questions
Can I translate your books?
For books published by Sovereign Grace Ministries, requests for permission to translate may be made to editor@sovgracemin.org.

We are also partnering with Gospel Translations to make Christian materials available in as many languages as possible. If you are interested, check out their website.

For books by Sovereign Grace authors published by Multnomah/Waterbrook Press or Random House, requests for permission to translate may be obtained from GLINT at www.glint.org. GLINT is the agency representing Multnomah/Waterbrook Press to international publishers.

For books by Sovereign Grace authors published by Crossway, requests for permission to translate may be made to Crossway, www.gnpcb.org/home/books/.

Why is Sovereign Grace partnering with other publishers?
On specific projects, we believe we can serve the wider Body of Christ more effectively by partnering with publishers that have larger marketing budgets and greater access to sales and distribution networks. It would be too expensive for an organization our size to give a book the kind of marketplace exposure that larger publishers commonly provide.

Then why does Sovereign Grace continue to publish its own materials?
We publish our books and other resources as an integral part of our mission to plant, build, and equip local churches. When the publishers we partner with are not able to publish on a topic we believe would benefit the churches, we publish it to fulfill our mission of serving and strengthening local churches for God’s glory.

How can I find out about new products?
