What do we need to keep in mind as we seek to transfer Biblical values of worship to the next generation? Bob Kauflin explains that we are to humbly obey God, put our hope in him, and keep in mind the command to tell the coming generations of this hope. It is right to desire passing on the gospel—in fact, it is a command—but in humility we must remember our need for God’s grace, which is the only means we have for overcoming sin and skillfully passing the baton to the coming generation.
